Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Best Booking’s websites, booking pages, and professional admin app. By creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to them.

The service

Best Booking lets professionals publish a booking page, manage services and hours, receive bookings, and optionally sync those bookings with a connected calendar. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Accounts

Professionals are responsible for the Google account they use to sign in and for activity on their Best Booking account. You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.

You may not share your login, impersonate another business, or use the service for anything unlawful.

Booking pages and client information

Professionals are responsible for the services they offer, their prices, their availability, and how they treat clients. When a client books, they share contact details with that professional through Best Booking so the appointment can be confirmed and fulfilled.

Professionals must use client information only to provide the booked service and related communication, and must comply with applicable privacy laws.

Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Best Booking to create and update booking events and to read free/busy times so we do not offer slots when you are already busy. You can revoke that access in your Google Account at any time. Revoking access or deleting your Best Booking account stops future Calendar sync.

Google Calendar is provided by Google, not by us. Google’s terms and policies also apply to that connection.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to spam, harass, or mislead anyone.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Interfere with the service, scrape it abusively, or reverse engineer it except as allowed by law.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, including photos or branding that infringes someone else’s rights.

Plans and payments

We offer a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid features, prices, and trial terms are described on the pricing section of our homepage. If you subscribe, you authorize the applicable charges until you cancel. We may change prices with notice before the next billing period.

Availability

We aim to keep Best Booking available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Calendar sync depends on Google’s APIs remaining available and on you keeping Calendar access granted.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that bookings, reminders, or Calendar sync will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Booking is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or CAD $50 if you are on the free plan.

Termination

You may stop using Best Booking at any time. Email hello@best-booking.ca to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we must do so for security or legal reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Quebec have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
